Cancellation Policy

Cancellation / Deposit Policy

Customer acknowledges that all deposits made to reserve moving services with Northern Moving Systems are non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed.

In the event the Customer cancels their scheduled move for any reason, the deposit paid will be retained by Northern Moving Systems. However, the Customer may apply the full deposit amount as a credit toward a future move with Northern Moving Systems for up to 24 months from the date of cancellation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to christine@movercustomerservice.com.

Deposits made for long-distance moves may only be applied toward a future long-distance move and cannot be transferred, converted, or applied toward local moving services.

To redeem the deposit credit, the future move must be scheduled within the 24-month period and is subject to availability, pricing adjustments, and applicable service terms at the time of rebooking.

Failure to reschedule and use the deposit within the 24-month period will result in forfeiture of the deposit credit.

By signing this agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
